Dental implants can restore your chewing ability and let you smile without a gap again.  I have a section on Dental Implants that I wrote covering various topics on implant dentistry.  I’ve also included some videos and few diagrams for your review.

Dental implants can also be used to secure removable and fixed dentures by acting as anchors.  I have a separate section on Implant Dentures and Bridges which also has some written content in addition to a few videos.  There are various ways to have most or all your teeth replaced with implants depending on what is most important to you, your timing and budget.

If you don’t have enough bone for implants, you can always have Bone Grafting done.  There are special techniques and procedures for those who need more bone for a stronger foundation for implants.
