This is an actual case treated by me; this gentleman had to do an extreme smile for me to barely see his upper teeth in the first photo.  In his normal smile, you could not see his upper teeth and some kids asked if he had any upper teeth.  I changed his bite and did some dental work so now he shows more of his teeth when smiling.  He gets compliments on his great new smile all the time now.
